I hear from KLFM that the local flood warning sirens will be tested today (Saturday). Does this happen often? I was trying to look on-line about flooding, but just found a 40 page document from the council - is this something that happens here in Lynn much?

I'd like to know if I can find details of opening times, etc., anywhere - I see that it starts 14th Feb - but when? When is the opening ceremony? How long does it go on for?
Thanks for any info or links to up to date information (I googled and found out a lot about the 2006 Mart - but nothing about this year's one!!!)
